We rely on help from individuals like you, as well as church and service groups for financial support as well as volunteer work and sharing our vision with others. We welcome the opportunity to speak with you, your church, or service group with which you are affiliated. TCHM, Inc. receives donations of medical supplies and equipment throughout the year from hospitals, doctors, nurses, and distributors. A current list of needed supplies for medical trips is available upon request.

We welcome all volunteers.  Bilingual and medical ability is a plus, but not necessary.  We can always use volunteers to Pick-up, store, and deliver donations Make supply runs to Mexico to deliver much needed aid to under – served areas. Be a part of a medical mission team of doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians and other medical specialties. Make or collect donations of eyeglasses, toilet articles and personal hygiene products for patients after they see the physicians.  Read More →

The house of Mercy Methodist Orphanage (casa de Misericordia) – In March 2005 a new Methodist orphanage was dedicated to the needs of abused, abandoned, or neglected children in Piedras Negras, Mexico. Many groups and individuals on both sides of the border made this dream of a home for orphan children who previously lived on the street, a reality.  The orphanage has been built, and we now enter into a second phase of supporting the children who God brings to us there.  The House of Mercy is... (more...)

Medical Mission Trips

We organize, equip and assist medical missions teams going to Mexico and other countries on short term trips.  The serving hands of doctors, nurses, and staff are all integral parts of a successful trip. Alongside other ministries we are in the process of building a medical clinic in the Piedras Negras/Nava area of Mexico in order to give Mexican doctors the facilities to practice medicine where it is needed.  We lead regular medical mission trips to that area and to Santiago, Mexico. Medical Donations

Through your generosity, we are able to collect medical, dental, surgical supplies and equipment as well as monetary donations. These donations are distributed to needy families in the San Antonio area  as well as being used to equip medical mission teams who support the healthcare efforts in other countries.
